Who/what is Pandaline?
You’re looking at it! Pandaline is an online shop run by the folks at P.M.B.Q. Studios. We seem to be known more for our work than by P.M.B.Q., so we decided to switch our store to something easier to remember. “Panda” + “Apparel line” = “Pandaline”!
How much is shipping & handling?
Orders that are $50 (before sales tax) or more ship for FREE via USPS Priority Mail.
Orders less than $50 are charged a $5.95 shipping and handling fee.
Do you charge sales tax?
By law we are required to charge sales tax to orders shipping within California. Currently the rate is 9.25%.
What is the printing process for the t-shirts?
Our shirts are 100% designed and printed in the U.S.A. All of the designs are made by us at Pandline/P.M.B.Q. Studios. In addition, we love printing and have invested in a digital garment printer. This technology is comparable to screenprinting in that it allows us the use of unlimited colors, printing white ink on dark shirts, and also an extremely soft feel. Some of our shirts are also screenprinted by some good friends of ours, but again, we strive for a very soft feel with the print.
How should I wash my t-shirts?
Like with any t-shirt that you love, you should wash it inside-out, cold, and line-dry. (This goes for our sweatshirts too.) Avoid fabric softeners and Bleach; they are the enemies!!!
To be honest, we put our t-shirts through the ringer once we got our printer, washing it hot and drying it hot, washing it with fabric softener, etc. and the colors still look pretty good after 10+ washes.
You should note that every shirt will fade if you wash and wear it a lot. So if it’s your favorite shirt, we recommend you get a backup :) (Or do what we do…look for your new favorite shirt when you old one wears out :)
Why is 2XL not always available for each design?
We only keep a small run of size 2XL for conventions. If we have extra we’ll put them online, but unfortunately when they are gone they’re usually gone.
Will you expand your size run to offer Kids’ sizes, Extra-Small, or over 2XL?
Due to recent laws regarding children’s products, we are unable to expand to a children’s line at this time. Do a search for “CSPIA” and you’ll see what we mean.
As for the extra sizes…we will certainly consider them for the future, but at the present moment it’s not cost-effective for us to carry them. Sorry :(
I remember seeing a design I really liked a few years ago. Will it ever come back?
We print in limited quantities, so unfortunately what we have on hand is all we have. However, if you saw a character of ours you liked awhile ago, he or she will eventually come back in another design :)
How long will it take to process and ship my order?
Due to the custom nature of our items, your order takes 3-5 business days to print and process. We ship via U.S. Priority mail, which takes 2-3 business days. If there are no backorders, you can typically expect your order in 5 days at the earliest, 10 days at the latest.
What are your business days?
Our studio prints and processes orders Monday through Friday. Please bear with us, as we’re often juggling graphic design gigs at the same time :) Sometimes we do answer store emails on the weekends, though.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Pandaline/P.M.B.Q. Studios operates and ships within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Do I have any alternate payment options?
We accept credit cards and PayPal only. We do not accept checks or money orders.

Can I make a return or exchange?
If you are dissatisfied, please contact us at pandaline AT pmbq.com within 3 days of receiving your product. We will gladly return or exchange your product as long as it is in brand-new, unused condition, and as long as you return it within 30 days of lodging your complaint.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund return shipping. We’ll let you know how much your shipping charges are once you contact us.
How do I make a return or exchange?
E-mail pandaline AT pmbq.com within 3 days of receiving your package and explain the nature of the situation. You will receive instructions on how to return your products. Please send your brand-new, unused product(s) back to us within 30 days.
The design faded after one wash. What can I do?
Although we test the wash-fastness of our shirts often, sometimes there’s just a fluke. If you only wore your shirt once, washed it, and had it fade horribly, please write us at pandaline AT pmbq.com and we will coordinate with you to get you a replacement free of charge.
The shirts/products are not what I expected. Can I get a refund?
We stand by our design and printing. If you are not 100% satisfied, and as long as your products are in new, unworn/unused condition, we will be happy to refund your purchase. Just email pandaline AT pmbq.com if you are not satisfied.
